I worked with Darcy in an Artist Support Group, which proved to be both educational and empowering as we were all emerging from the past year of challenges during the pandemic.  First of all, the whole idea of Positive Psychology was so enlightening to me and Darcy’s coaching and education around all the various aspects of this type of teaching was impeccable. She gave us foundational and understandable tools that assisted me in processing some of the more ambiguous emotions around getting back to the “new normal” and designing an action plan that was doable.  I cannot recommend Darcy more!
